Make-up Artist turned Educator turned producer turned Beauty Director Aisha Ferguson is a master makeup artist and beauty consultant, a widely recognized educator, speaker on women empowerment and Beauty Director of a national publication. From Olays Team Regenerist to Miss Maryland 2006, Aisha’s expert artistry has been seen far and wide. In addition to television, film, theater and print media, Aisha has consulted for Saks 5th and Crown Royal, BET and won the New Makeup Artist ofthe Year Award 2006 from Bennet Career Institute and Mega Management. As of November 2007, she shines alongside Eva Pigford of Americas Top Model on BET-Js reality fashion competition My Model Looks Better than Your Model. 

 Trained under industry leaders like Reggie Wells, Derrick Rutledge and Sam Fine, Aisha knows education is the key to success As the CEO of Make-up bag essentials which is a production company focused on educational beauty material Aisha tries to help others as they enter the field of beauty.

            After serving as the Beauty Director of World Bride Magazine the worlds only international bridal fashion publication Aisha decided to focus some attentionon the bridal community. In 2008 she founded Wedding Day Face in the Washington DC area a company focusing on bringing the red carpet glamour to the bridal industry.

 In the spring of 2007 Aisha launched her first instructional video. An in-depth look at the most important aspect of make-up which many consumers and artist neglect. The DVD "Make-up Bag Essentials: Brushes" allows consumers and artist tounderstand the purpose behind various brushes and how to use them to achieve the look you desire. At the 2008 Celebrity Make-up symposium Aisha launched her second instructional DVD "Make-up Bag Essentials: Eyes, Lashes & Lips". This DVD is a power packed step-by-step with over 2 hours of instruction. Her hand on approach to teaching has afforded her the privilege to teach at various make-up events all over including the annually atthe Celebrity Make-up Symposium along side Billy B and Roxanna Floyd.

    Aisha’s skills and passion have motivated others to reach their personal best. Aisha shares her story with groups of young women and aspiring makeup artists. In seminars like CocoaChicsTeenCHIC and Tomorrow's Leaders: The Power of Beauty, she empowers others to improve their confidence with her belief that outer beauty can inspire inner beauty.
